Each of our seven grades have specific activities, fees, and information that they need to be aware of.  Please keep up-to-date by reading the information below or emailing the specific faculty class sponsor.

Freshmen Class:  The youngest high school class has many opportunities to look forward to in the 2019-2020 school year.  One of their first big events just recently occurred when over 100 of them were inducted into the Louisiana GearUp program.  During the ceremony they created and presented their visions.

Junior Class:  Our junior class is set for an exciting year in 2019-2020.  The class sponsor continues to be Ms. White, our art teacher.  Students can look forward to traditions including, but not limited to:  the Junior-Senior Prom, which the junior class sponsors, a ring ceremony at the end of the year, the Junior-Senior Lock-in, and the Junior Take-Over Event. Students are expected to pay their junior fees in a timely manner if they wish for these activities to take place; fees can be paid all-at-once or in installments.  Please see Ms. White with any questions or concerns.

Senior Class:  Our seniors had a wonderful time participating in the junior traditions, and they are especially looking forward to the traditions of their last year of high school.  Traditions for this special year include, but are not limited to, the following:  the Junior-Senior Lock-in, Prom, graduation-day rehearsal, graduation, selecting and ordering graduation supplies, and voting on senior superlatives.  Seniors need to pay attention to when meetings with Herff Jones and Career Compass are scheduled!  Students are expected to pay their senior fees in a timely manner if they wish for these activities to take place.  They also need to remember to pay off any old, outstanding debts as well.

The Class of 2020 will graduate during their commencement ceremonies at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 11, 2020 in the school’s football stadium.  Due to concerns over COVID-19, the district has instituted multiple guidelines that will be strictly enforced.  Those who cannot be at the graduation ceremony in person but who still wish to participate can watch it virtually as it is streamed live through the school district’s YouTube channel.  It will be made available afterwards for those wishing to watch it at a later date and time.
